{"id":3334,"date":"2023-02-16T19:30:41","date_gmt":"2023-02-16T18:30:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iuc-aphp-sorbonneuniversite.com\/formation\/mission-patient-partner-and-referral-in-residence\/"},"modified":"2023-02-16T19:30:41","modified_gmt":"2023-02-16T18:30:41","slug":"mission-patient-partner-and-referral-in-residence","status":"publish","type":"formation","link":"https:\/\/iuc-aphp-sorbonneuniversite.com\/en\/formation\/mission-patient-partner-and-referral-in-residence\/","title":{"rendered":"Patient Partner and Recovery Referral Mission"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>OBJECTIVES<\/h2>\n<p><strong>General Objective:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To train patient-experts to accompany the cancer care pathway in partnership and in support with caregivers involved in the coordination of the patient pathway.<br \/>\nTo train health and social professionals in the integration of expert patients in the cancer patient pathway.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Secondary Objectives:<\/strong><br \/>\nTo acquire and deepen knowledge in the field of oncology and the organization of care, and to optimize experiential knowledge.<br \/>\nDevelop a model for supporting and coordinating the patient journey<br \/>\nTo master the use of practical tools to support and coordinate the patient&#8217;s journey in cancerology.<br \/>\nStrengthen communication skills for the benefit of a partnership relationship.<br \/>\nParticipate in improving the quality of the cancer care pathway at every stage.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<div id=\"nav-public\" class=\"tab-pane fade d-block active show\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"nav-public-tab\">\n<div>\n<h2>TARGET AUDIENCE AND PREREQUISITES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>All persons concerned by cancer, resource patients, patient-experts, patient-intervenors in ETP, patients involved in an association or innovative devices, wishing to ensure a mission of support, patient partner of the cancer care pathway within a multidisciplinary team.<\/li>\n<li>All health professionals (medical and paramedical practicing in a cancer service involved in coordination or wishing to get involved), social professionals (social workers, educators) or medico-social professionals, administrative professionals attached to care teams (hospital medical secretaries, coordinators), wishing to exercise a mission of accompanying the patient pathway in cancer and \/ or integrate trained patients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Access requirements:<\/strong> Have a baccalaureate or an equivalence certificate or a derogatory authorization and a pedagogical authorization issued by the person in charge of the diploma.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>PROGRAM<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Module 1:<\/strong> (2 days) Cancerology: legislative and regulatory framework of the Cancer Plan, medical aspects, public health, biology, epidemiology, place of patient partners.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Module 2:<\/strong> (3 days) Cancer patient pathway: health pathway, care pathway, personalized care plan, actors, stages, contents.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Module 3:<\/strong> (3 days) Place, role and posture of patient partners in oncology: Where? When? With whom? How do you do it?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Module 4:<\/strong> (3 days): Skills and tools of the patient partner in the accompaniment of the patient throughout his journey.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Module 5:<\/strong> (3 days) Which communication strategies and tools to use for the development and implementation of the patient-partner in oncology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>METHODS<\/h2>\n<p>The duration of studies is set at 120 hours of teaching spread over one academic year:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>98 hours of face-to-face teaching divided into 7 two-day sessions organized between October and September (14 hours of teaching per session) in face-to-face or distance learning mode<\/li>\n<li>22 hours of personal and collaborative work and distance learning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Optional internship.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Capacity:<\/strong> maximum 25 participants<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF KNOWLEDGE CONTROL<\/h2>\n<p>The validation of the DU will be based on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The production of a written document articulating the highlights of the training to an engineering project on the implementation of patient partners in cancerology.<\/li>\n<li>An oral presentation of the main skills developed by the student during the academic year in relation to the training framework.<br \/>\nTo be admitted, students must have a grade point average and have attended at least 70% of the total duration of the course (except in exceptional circumstances to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the pedagogical directors).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Every exam has 2 sessions including a make-up session.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Defense:<\/strong> June 20 and 21, 2023 in-class or distance learning (date to be confirmed).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"bouton\" href=\"https:\/\/fc.sorbonne-universite.fr\/nos-offres\/du-mission-patient-partenaire-et-referent-en-retablissement\/\">Learn more about the training and registration<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","public_cible":[94,93,91,92],"type_de_formation":[96],"class_list":["post-3334","formation","type-formation","status-publish","hentry","public_cible-administrative","public_cible-health-care-professional","public_cible-patient-en","public_cible-tous-publics","type_de_formation-diplome-universitaire-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
