The objective: to participate in a better knowledge and management of cancers.<\/p>\n<p>This &#8220;integrated cancer research site&#8221; label, awarded by INCa in partnership with Inserm and the General Directorate for Healthcare Services (DGOS), is intended to finance excellent translational cancer research projects.<\/p>\n<p>The relabeling builds on the knowledge already acquired and allows us to take a new step by developing new programs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><br \/>\n  <em>Program 1<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n  <em> <\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n  <em>Brain, cancer and immunity &#8211; cellular dialogue in brain tumors<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong>coordinated by <strong>Dr Mehdi Touat<\/strong> and <strong>Dr Marie-Caroline Dieu-Nosjean<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><br \/>\n  <em>Program 2<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n  <em> <\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n  <em>Rare and aggressive hematological cancers in their ecosystem<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong>coordinated by <strong>Pr Florence Nguyen-Khac<\/strong> and <strong>Dr Vincent Vieillard<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><br \/>\n  <em>Program 3<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n  <em> <\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n  <em>Microsatellite instability and cancer<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong>coordinated by <strong>Pr Alex Duval<\/strong> and <strong>Dr Florence Renaud<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These programs aim at a better understanding of the <strong>genetics<\/strong> and the <strong>immune microenvironment<\/strong> of these tumors, the development of <strong>personalized treatments<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>and an improvement in the <strong>patient&#8217;s journey<\/strong> and <strong>quality of life<\/strong>. They will be complemented by cross-disciplinary expertise, notably in artificial intelligence with the participation of Prof. Xavier Tannier and in medical humanities with the interdisciplinary research group in medical humanities led by Prof. Karine Berthelot-Guiet.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, a <strong>CURAMUS patient and caregiver committee<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>has been created.
