Nearly 340 assessments were carried out at the seven hospitals (Piti\u00e9-Salp\u00eatri\u00e8re, Saint-Antoine, Tenon, Rothschild, Trousseau, Charles-Foix and La Roche Guyon).<\/strong><\/p>\n A number of strong points were cited at the end of the various visits, for all the hospitals, such as the involvement of patients and their families in their care, the promotion of good treatment, practices that guarantee patient dignity, and the consideration given to precariousness and living conditions.<\/p>\n The surveyors also praised initiatives to improve teamwork and quality of life at work, the participation and contribution of user representatives, and the development of city-hospital partnerships. They also cited the management of exceptional health situations, vital emergencies and team training as very positive points.<\/p>\n Suggestions for improvement included analyzing patient satisfaction and informing them of some of their rights.<\/p>\n Each visit by the Haute Autorit\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9’s visiting experts took place over four or five days between May and November 2022. The majority of clinical and medico-technical departments in the seven hospitals were audited by the expert visitors during this procedure focused on professional practices.<\/p>\n
