Curamus is one of the eight integrated cancer research sites (SiRIC Cancer), accredited by the French National Cancer Institute (INCa), the Ministry of Solidarity and Health, Inserm and the AVIESAN Cancer ITMO (National Alliance for Life Sciences and Health). The SIRIC Curamus aims to bring together and promote the synergy of its multidisciplinary teams around the university hospital group AP-HP.SORBONNE UNIVERSITY in order to accelerate research and innovation in oncology to improve care for patients. Because of their rarity, their great heterogeneity, and their frequent resistance to conventional treatments, they remain poorly known. In particular, SiRIC CURAMUS is lobbying the AERAS convention to have diseases included in the AERAS reference grid.
