The specificity and sensitivity of each of these biomarkers remain to be demonstrated. Some of them are expensive or invasive (lumbar puncture). Its objectives are to create an epidemiological database, to develop more efficient diagnostic and monitoring tools, to better understand the physiopathology and to set up therapeutic trials. The objective of the RESPIRE research group is to pool the clinical research expertise of the Intensive Care Medicine departments of the University Hospital on the subject of ARF. The incidence of idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) is closely linked to that of obesity, resulting in a major functional handicap related to chronic disabling headaches and sometimes irreversible visual sequelae (visual field amputation, reduced visual acuity, optic atrophy to blindness) observed in nearly 25% of patients. The pathophysiology of HTIC remains mysterious at present but could be fundamentally changed by recent data concerning the cerebral mechanisms of veno-glymphatic drainage. The aim of the GRC E HTIC is to create a unique and legible network in France for the management of HTIC, bringing together all the players involved in the care of these patients (interventional neuroradiologists, neurosurgeons, neurologists, endocrinologists). The objective of GRC 32 is to participate in the development of innovative treatments for blinding corneal diseases through prospective clinical trials and long-term longitudinal follow-up of large cohorts of treated patients. The Clinical Research Group &#8220;Surgical Robotics and Innovation&#8221; GRC-RIC promotes preclinical and clinical research in all surgical fields and aims to integrate new technologies such as robotics, surgical navigation, simulation, augmented reality and artificial intelligence. The GRC-RIC facilitates the hosting and supervision of young clinical researchers on these themes. It encourages the response to internal and external calls for tenders to Sorbonne University for the realization of clinical research projects related to surgical innovation.
