OBJECTIVES
Training in the practice of oncology for paramedical staff.
To enable optimization and professionalization of non-medical cancer care practices in accordance with the recommendations of the INCA.
Announcement and patient pathway, detection of precariousness, therapeutic education, supportive care, networks and home, clinical research, specificities of hematological oncology, specificities of pediatric onco-hematology, specificities of geriatric onco-hematology
TARGET AUDIENCE AND PREREQUISITES
Nurses, nurses’ aides, physiotherapists, social workers, socio-aestheticians, radiotherapy manipulators, with two years of professional experience in care.
PROGRAM
- Structuring care in the hospital,
- Epidemiology and management of cancer,
- Structuring care in the city,
- Practical ED and/or training courses (6 to choose from).
METHODS
Overall training time 90 hours distributed as follows:
- 60 hours of theoretical courses,
- 30 hours of directed and practical teaching, including internships and professional experience in health care facilities.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF KNOWLEDGE CONTROL
- 2-hour written exam,
- Clinical case test (coef. 1),
- MCQ test (coef. 1),
- Oral exam with presentation of a paper 45 minutes (coef. 1),
Requirements for admission: Attendance at 80% of classes and a grade ≥ 10 on all tests.
