Evaluation of health care facilities
Implemented by the Haute Autorité de Santé every four years, the evaluation procedure for health care institutions aims to assess the quality and safety of care and all practices delivered by hospitals and clinics in France. It is carried out by expert visitors, health professionals mandated and trained by the Haute Autorité de Santé.
The hospitals of the AP-HP.Sorbonne University hospital group (Rothschild, Trousseau, La Roche-Guyon, Saint-Antoine, Charles-Foix, Pitié-Salpêtrière and Tenon) were visited by the visiting experts between May and November.
The results were delivered in early November for hospitals that received a visit from visiting experts before the summer.
Thus, hospitals :
- Rothschild and Saint-Antoine were certified with the “High Quality of Care” mention, the highest level of certification awarded by the Haute Autorité de Santé.
- Charles-Foix, La Roche-Guyon, Trousseau, Pitié Salpêtrière and Tenon have been certified with the “Quality of care confirmed” label
These results testify to the involvement of the teams with patients and the quality of care within the hospitals of the AP-HP.Sorbonne University hospital group.
The certification reports can be consulted on the website of the Haute Autorité de Santé.
