FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR CONFERENCES, WORKSHOPS OR DOCTORAL STUDENT PARTICIPATION IN CONGRESSES

To support research structures (UMR-S, UMS, GRC) in disseminating research work, the Faculty of Health is renewing its financial support for 2024.

To support research structures (UMR-S, UMS, GRC) in disseminating research work, the Faculty of Health is renewing its financial support for 2024.

Projects will be funded up to a maximum of €2,000 excluding VAT.

The event must take place before 31 December 2024.

No retroactive requests will be considered.

Support for the financing of these projects is subject to certain conditions:

• For the organisation of conferences:

– The conference organiser must be part of one of the Faculty of Health’s structures (UMR-S, UMS, GRC);

– The conference must be held on the Sorbonne University premises.

Supporting documents to enclose with the application :

– The provisional detailed programme for the event

– A budget document

• For the participation of a doctoral student in a conference:

– The doctoral student must be affiliated to one of the Faculty of Health’s research structures;

– The doctoral student must give an oral or poster presentation.

Supporting documents to enclose with the application :

– A CV

– The summary

– The acceptance letter/email
